Greetings fellow Simmers,

I've been working on this house for about a week now and i finally decided to upload it after tweaking several minor details. I don't think i will be uploading anything until around June-ish because i will be too pre-occupied with the Halo: Reach Multiplayer Beta and mid-year's. Enjoy =].

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom contemporary style beach front home. For the style of the house i wanted to incorporate nature into the look and feel of the house, so i used a lot of brown and green in the coloring of the house as well as included several features which make the house at one with nature. It features a beautiful shaded patio area surrounded by lush bamboo where your sims can relax or have a barbecue is private. In the Living Room and hallways, i used mainly wood textures and the color brown which gives it a very earthy feel. The kitchen area which is beautifully furnished with hudy777's Scarlet Kitchen Set gives the kitchen a modern look. Downstairs is the Media Room where you sims can relax and watch TV or play video games. There are to main ways to the Media Room, down the stairs in the Kitchen area or out the back door and through the garden. The Master Bedroom has a home office where your workaholic sims can work till the wee hours of the morning and a balcony over-looking the beautiful, thriving garden below. Last but not least, is the other bedroom which is personally my favourite place in the house. It is beautifully furnished with the Garor Set by Mango. For this room i used lots of greens and browns which gives it a very nice touch. Well that's all folks, hope you enjoy this house as much as i did.
