This is another lot that has been in my game for quite awhile. I decided to go with the name, Modern Victorian Master, because my home is obviously in a Victorian style, but also has many contemporary features inside, like a newly built home meant to look old. I really loved building this home, which is based on an actual floor plan that I tried to replicate as closely as possible.

This lot has been play-tested. The lot may run a bit slow because of the amount landscaping, fencing, etc. To increase performance, you might reduce the number of trees and bushes, and remove the fence surrounding the property.
