MODERNOST house
This is not my first house, but it is my first Sims 3 upload. Anyhow, I prefer houses that are modern-styled, but with preservancy of simplicity. So this is one of them.
The entire design is extremely customizable, so in case you get babies or roomies, you can continue adding rooms to the top floor without rebuilding. Very practical!
