Ramshackle Red House

So I was looking at all the stuff in build mode and decided to put all the shabby, derelict objects in a collection and then maybe make something out of them. And so I came up with this: The Ramshackle Red House.

This is the first in a possible series. Partly inspired by a Hendrix song, this is the smallest I've made so far and because of all the trashy stuff it's cheap enough to be a starter house even with all the furnishings.

The house is very much Sim-livable, meaning not only does it satisfy your Sim's motives (hunger, fun, etc), it's also complete with skill-building objects. And it has a lot of room for home improvement.

I have to say, making a house look derelict and interesting at the same time is not as easy as I thought, especially without custom contents. And I'm not even sure if I did it right.

As a bonus I included a version of back when this house was in it's hey day.
