I have been making a lot of small homes and cottages lately. It seems all of my sims are very poor. This cottage is a starter and has just enough room to walk around. It has a T.V., game system, alarm system, fire alarm, bookcase and chess table.

I sent my sim to sim-mart to buy the furniture. It is attractive but cheap.

My sim upgraded all of the appliances and plumbing to unbreakable except the stove which has been upgraded to improve meal quality.

My sim also planted a few garden plants amongst the flowers to help your sim with their gardening skills. The yard has been landscaped with some of the lush new shrubs from Into the Future as well as World adventure and base game trees and plants.
