Finnley Starter Cottage is a tiny little house for single sim.

Features:
- Livingroom
- Kitchen with open view to livingroom
- A single bedroom
- Laundry

- Table to eat at the back side
- A outhouse (bathroom)
- Place to hang the laundry
- Beautiful flowers

The lot has been playtested for routing with 2 sims. Almost everything is CASTed, and the lot is fully decorated
