Creamly Wooden Large Modern

This large modern home has a slightly futuristic look to this- basically, I built this home a few weeks ago, and I wanted to make a future home, but I ended up making the architecture more modern than futuristic. So basically, the plants are all Oasis Landing appropriate, but you may think it does not fit there. You could just put it in your normal neighborhood, it just has some futuristic appliances (which can easily be changed) and a somewhat futuristic look inside as well!

(also note it is fall in my game)



I decided to add the garages seperately this time since I haven't done it before too.

My favorite thing about this house is the kids play area. On one side of the house, I have two kids rooms with a little kids lounge. There are bean bags by a tv for video games, along with some toys.



The back has a nice large pool too, great for entertaining.

So obviously you need ITF for this. I also used a lot of stuff from late night, and less from showtime. I used ambitions, but mostly just for some lights and wallpaper. Generations was used for some of the kids toys.

I also used HELS.
