I built this home for a family of premade sims the Martinez'. Both sims have the love the outdoor trait and the wife has political aspirations. The home is tiny but well appointed. It has the usual bookshelf, easel and chess table as well as a bar and barbeque for entertaining those political guest for Ms. Martinez. I built it on the water so they could enjoy the outdoors swimming, boating and scuba diving. The appliances, computer and plumbing have been upgraded to unbreakable, the stove has been upgraded for better meal quality. I hope your outdoor sims will enjoy this home as much as mine has. Built in Isla Paradiso at 2 Sharks Bay.
