This home was a challenge I had decided to try. Its called the 10 Min. Challenge. You are supposed to try to build a house in 10minutes. Here is the house I was able to create in that time frame. It has an open floor plan. It comes in as a starter home price and furnishings. There is no landscape since I ran out of time and was more worried on trying to get the home liveable before doing landscaping. This was a fun challenge and hope you enjoy the home and give the challenge a try!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

2. Extract: Use 7zip (recommended), WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (OS X) to extract the file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s). OS X also has a built-in utility for that (just rightclick).
3. Put all files into your Sims 4 Tray folder.
