No reports or reviews needed for law enforcement and journalism careers

Update May 12th 2017 A new version fixing the issue of co-workers not being assigned properly. If you didn't have any issues with that, then you can keep using the old version. You can check the comment I wrote here to see the difference between the old and new version.

I never liked writing those reports and reviews, so I removed them! But I didn't want to make things easier by just taking something out and leaving it at that, so I have adjusted the skill requirements accordingly.

The big change for the law enforcement career is that logic skill is now required at every career level. Forensic branch will require the painting skill on earlier levels, as does the journalism career with charisma.
There are also smaller changes to the skill requirements that already were there, to make up for the removed reports/reviews requirement. Mostly those skill requirements are around the same or has a small increase compared to the default. But I did make it more punishing if your skills fall too far behind what is required. So use that time you save from not needing to write reports/reviews to work on those skills!
Mood and partner requirements were left untouched.

Use only one of the three variations of this mod:
- BegoneReportsAndReviews will change both law enforcement and journalism careers by removing the need for reports and reviews and adding the skill requirements.
- BegoneReports will only change law enforcement career.
- BegoneReviews will only change journalism career.
The old versions are there for a different purpose. If you want to keep things simple, don't download them. Details about the difference between the versions can be found here.

Conflicts will undoubtedly happen with other mods that also make changes to the Careers XML file. Sorry.
