Family Home - The Bowtie - No CC!

Similar to my previous Introvert Home, this uniquely planned home has no "public" bathroom for guests, so unless your Sims are truly OK with someone taking a shortcut through either bedroom, I'd avoid inviting in Sims you don't know very well. That said, this home has a very neutral color scheme inside and is the first home in my "under 25k" run to have a bathroom that doesn't feature the cheapest bathroom necessities. The strangest part may be the the hobby room is in the back of the house! I thought it would be really interesting and fun to have a hobby room in the back of the house and I originally wanted an enclosed porch, but money ran out - and here we are! If you have no need for a hobby room, this "extra" space could be anything - a nursery, an office, indoor gardening, you name it! This house would be perfect for two parents and two school aged kids, as there are two desks in the second bedroom.





If you view the house from the top (floor plan), you will see there is kind of a little "bowtie" shape in the middle, and that is how I named this one. Much better than Introvert #2, right?



This home has:

  • 1 full bath, smack dab in the middle of the house.
  • Fire alarm, burglar alarm, and phone.
  • Hobby room with chess table, easel, ballet barre and dartboard.
  • Eat in kitchen and living room with TV and bookcase.
  • Minimal landscaping to keep the cost inside rather than outside!

No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.
