Here are two custom texture cakes made from the original "wedding cake." I originally called them the "Baby Girl Cake" or "Baby Boy Cake" and that's what they come up as in game. They have a base of sprinkles and a pretty bow in the front of them - either pink or blue. They require a script and mod from Leniad and Andrew to work from sims4studio - and you will be able to find the cakes under the "Pies And Cakes" category from the "Food Enabler Mod."
