I love it. In real life I'd scoff at the excessive size, but it actually translates REALLY well into being a good house for sims!

Big fan of this one, I always love a good sunken garage. And I like that the first level is at a higher than normal height - gives it the feel of a "second story" kitchen, which is another thing I like in my modern houses. Great stuff
