Donna
MidCentury Design V12756
2-Click Foundation
3 bedrooms - 3.5 bathrooms - attached garage
- sunken living/dining room - pet ready - patio -

~~~ Only 1 CC: HL's SimplePassageStairs (so large dogs can access the 2-click foundation) ~~~
Enjoy!
The floor plan comes from this book: One-Story Homes, published by HomePlanners, Inc in 1991
An on-line archive of the plan is HERE.
Please enjoy touring the rest of this design by scrolling through the above pictures. I hope you have a family of sims with pets who will enjoy living here.
This house is fully furnished, and lightly decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove, grill, and fireplace have smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. The telephone is in the kitchen.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for two vehicles; one in the garage, and one on the driveway.
This is a pet-READY build. Some pet items are included - the 'laundry' room is a pet-care room with a tub and a litter box, and a food bowl just outside the door. See the floor plan picture (above) for the hidden locations of the invisible stairs that allow large dogs inside the house. Large dogs can enter the garage and sunken living/dining room without need of the invisible stairs.
Definitely used but NOT included - so, if you want ALL of the shown wallpapers GO get it:
--- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (If you followed that link, it's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
You will also need to get:
--- Unlevel Wall - #90 by Numenor @ MTS2
Some people weren't sure how to install this wall... Click the info button below to see how I did it
(NOTE: If you decide NOT to use Numenor's Wall #90, you will have 2 sections of wonky/crooked walls where the garage joins the main house. This will not hurt your game, it just looks ugly. It is completely avoidable by using Numenor's Unlevel Wall.)
--- I would also recommend getting the Invisible Driveway by Sophie-David @ MTS2 - so the pavered driveway looks right.
Custom Content Included
- Simple Passage Modular Stair by HugeLunatic (HL) @ Sims2Artists - these do need a script file so follow the link and make sure you install them properly!
Lot Size: 3X4
Lot Price (furnished): $107,363
Thank you, Mootilda for the awesome Grid Adjuster and Lot Adjuster tools - both were used to make this lot.
Standard mods I use that are not necessary, nor included - but were probably used whilst building/photo-ing/prepping this house for upload...
I use Deastrumquodvicis' Roof Shader for brighter roofs
And, HW/Honeywell's A Little Greyer: Roof Trim Defaults
Maranatah's White Wall Top texture replacement
Moo's Turn On/Off Lights
Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix
BeosBoxBoy's no-red-pause-mod
Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs mod for proper spiral stair usage
Gunmod's Radience Lighting System, which is installed with the Scriptorium (which is necessary for installing CC stairs.)
HugeLunatic's Sweet Down Low Tweaked + for the ability to shift things up/down on a wall without darkening the item!
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror.
And, of course, everyone needs Numenor's CEP and SEP!
NOTE: Sweet Down Low Tweaked + sometimes causes pictures, curtains, shelves, and ceiling lights to 'jump' out of place when you first install a lot. You can click the item to put it back in place. The 'jumping' is a side-effect of the mod. It won't affect your game at all (other than the inconvenience of things being initially out of place *sigh*)
Thank you EAxis for this wonderful game
And, MTS2 for this terrific website!
