This lot was built, photographed, and exported with these defaults installed.

While I was on a break from uploading lots and housing, I noticed that a lot of houses out there are built and furnished for families (couples, children, etc.), and that there was a gap in the market for housing for single Sims and housemates. Thus, I have returned to Shields Road with some houses for your singletons.


118 Shields Road is a 2BR 1BA starter house furnished for two housemates. This is another house with an open floorplan; the area where the sofa and bookcase are could be made into a bedroom if you want to accommodate more Sims.
