I thought that my stories needed to have some new interesting things happen in them..and to do that i needed to have some new objects..so I open up SimPE and i found some good things. I extracted the box for the engagement ring, the butter knife and the sharper, cutting knife.

I'm working on making an engagement box where the box is actually open, instead of just closed..I'd have to make a new mesh, because I'm not sure that you can do it now, since I've updated it, and now it's just decorative.

The two knives are just the knives used during cooking and eating in the game. For some reason you don't do anything with the cutting knife, and once you set it down it is there for good. Even with moveobjects on you cannot pick them up. The only way to delete the knife is it turn ON the boolprop testingcheatsenabled true cheat and shift-click on them and click "force error." A message will pop up saying that there is a problem with the object. Click delete to get rid of the knife. I would've made the knife decorative, like my weding ring, but when I opened it after going through object workshop in SimPE it didn't have the textures included. If I applyed the mesh to another object, I'd then have to make new textures..and I'm horrible at that, so I decided not to. I could make a new object with the other knife's mesh and textures however. (may do that later if I update this )

You can come up with some interesting snapshots in the game if turn on the moveobjects cheat. If you rotate the objects in a sim's hand, then it can make it look like the knife is going through their hand, or they are holding the blade between their fingers, etc...remember, they don't fit exactly in the hand right, so the look is not perfect. The box is really strange if you rotate it in a sim's hand. It, oddly, will move from their hand, up their arm and it looks really freaky...it looks like its supposed to be a bracelet or something on their arm..it looks strange.

I've updated the simple knife and the ringbox. Now, they are purely decorative and their mesh is put in place of the avse, and the textures in place of the vase textures so they are the same. No, it does not REPLACE the vase, just adds a enw object like it should.

If you put more than two objects in their hand, it moves to the other hand. I'm not sure where a third would go. Basically another part of this set, my decorative wedding ring, which does not need to be deleted by special ways..lol..is here:
