Can someone pls confirm that two kids should be able to fight each other? As in, the puff of dust type fighting the results in a “Lost a fight with X” memory.

I’m not getting that interaction with -100 daily & long term relationship. Just curious whether I need to check if somethings wrong with my game

You'll want this mod. It seems EA only made the interaction available for blood-related kids. Please correct me if I'm wrong though!

The kid vs kid cloud of dust type fighting isn't a part of the game. It's strictly limited to the torment thing that vegan kindly linked. I think I've seen references that it did exist in either just base game or shortly thereafter though. I always start Sims series around the time they finish, so I can snag them cheap and all the mods to make the game enjoyable already exist , so I'm not sure if that interaction was possible at one time.

The dust cloud fight is definitely available for kids. If your kids are missing these options, either they don't hate each other enough, or you have a mod blocking the feature, or something's wrong with your game.

^ Thanks so much for that info ! I have a few Squinge fight mods, fight anyone and never lose to a weaker sim, perhaps it's one of those. I need my sims of all ages to brawl !

Just to update on my same issue , it was Squinge's fight anyone http://www.insimenator.org/index.php/topic,10576.0.html He states in the description that it removes the fight option for kids. Thanks for the question and the answers, always enjoy learning about this game !

I removed Squinge's mod some time ago and replaced it with Hexagonal Bipyramid's "Mean Interactions to Any Age". Choose any or all of the following interactions: annoy, argue, attack, gross out, insult, poke, shove, slap, werewolf attack

That’s interesting RoxEllen1965 - that’s the mod that I actually had to remove from my game to get the children’s “attack” interaction back!

I did not realize that. I guess I've never had a situation where children would want to get in a fight.
