OK. I have updated the lot number picture and added Mark's lots into the neighborhood.
It also has a laundromat (well it's actually a dishwasher laundromat...)
I have also reduced the number of cashier registers in your lot, MMAA. There are 2 cashier registers now.
I hope I didn't miss anything. Could you please check?

Alright, I got impatient waiting for y'all to release this 'hood, so I made another lot. This is lot #28, the Nightclub.
I don't know what to call it, but I feel like the answer involves either plumbobs or flamingos.

Thank you for being patient with me while I had major computer issues. I found using SimPE to change the lot type easier than I thought it would be. This is what I have so far. No exact name yet, maybe after a famous made up sim scientist? I wanted it a work/learning place. There is a main laboratory with research stations, a lab kitchen, and a mini medical classroom. Next door is a lecture hall...for science lectures and research presentations of course Then there is a library/observatory. The weird looking building was supposed to look like some sort of antenna, but if it looks dumb I can remove the whole thing. Underneath it is the greenhouse...I figured for plant research lol

As for the name... maybe 'SkEye Observatory Lab'? (It's just a suggestion - feel free to name it anything you want).
Maybe you could add a pond. I think that would fit well.

It looks good! I like the pond. As for the lot, I think you placed all of the 'required' objects so it's complete.
If you want to add more trees, you can do that now. Otherwise, please upload your lot so I can update the neighborhood picture in post #1.

Out of curiosity, what I'd the difference between the police station and police headquarters/criminal minds? Is the station jail and is the HQ for interrogation and forensics?

You can change the lot zoning using SimPE. Open the neighborhood, choose your Lot Description file. There you should see 'Community Lot'. Click on it and choose 'Residential Lot'. Commit and save.
I like the name - it sounds unique.

ETA: Maybe it's better if the criminal minds HQ is next to the criminal warehouse. ATM, it's next to the city hall, which is a bit unrealistic.
So I have moved the criminal minds HQs and put a casino there. Lot number 65 is a casino now and lot number 68 is the criminal minds HQs.

I thought a police HQ is supposed to catch them. Anyway, it's better then. The police will be able to catch them before they do any mischievous things and right after they leave their building. Lol
