Default Question to creators
Hello. Well I came up to decision to make my first (actually second) object and even get my own magic cookie. BevauseI posted before just skins, houses with maxis objects and default replacements.

The question I went through is: what decorative objects you choose as your bases for clone? Maxis objects are good enough , but I went through some custom created objects like created C&C which have much expansion. Their vases can be placed everywhere! And I also have some not clutter objects from here which can switch recolours when pick them in build mode! How you even came to it? I would like to have knowlege to make such injections. Because just BHAV copypasting from objects I love clearly doesn't work.

Here you can see more of my creations and conversions for sims 3. ;) I`ll glad to see your comments in.

There's a lot of great information at Woobsha. They've preserved the Sims College lessons at https://www.woobsha.com/SimsCollegeArchive/index.html. The tutorial for switching colors is at https://www.woobsha.com/SimsCollege...H-04/index.html, but really, all of the tutorials that come before that in the Sims College lessons are well worth your time.

I've made some mods for The Sims 1 -- yes, The Sims ONE :-) -- which you can find at http://corylea.com/Sims1ModsByCorylea.html

SimmerAL came even further when switching instances when in build mode and I decided to write them a PM.

Parts of SSOW aren't loading properly (as of right now, according to my testing and the testing of someone I just asked in Discord) in some cases if visited via HTTPS. (Symptoms of this might include broken images, zips not properly downloading, etc.) If you notice that issue, you may want to change the URL in the address bar to point to the http version, which will fix these issues (though a more permanent fix would be to fix whatever the https site is doing on the server, which is something only people who have access to the site's backend could do...).

Wanted to bring it up because mention of SSOW in this thread reminded me I'd been seeing this behavior for at least a week so I went and asked if anyone else was experiencing it in order to try to figure out WHY it was happening...

I've definitely been having issues in the past week or so accessing the images on Woobsha. I've been there multiple times in the past month so I know it's a fairly recent thing. As far as I can tell the rest of the site is working? But I haven't tried downloading anything.

Even the images (and zips) themselves exist; the site just isn't loading them for whatever reason. It's (probably. I'm not expert and am parroting someone else) an issue with how the server is configured in regards to the https site, which is why going to the http version of the site fixes it (see https://www.woobsha.com/SimsCollege...H-04/index.html vs http://www.woobsha.com/SimsCollegeA...H-04/index.html for instance (provided your browser doesn't force https on the latter). (There is likely a way to fix this that makes the https version of the site work right. It's just not anything anyone except the site's owner can do.)

I have various issues with different sites here in Russia. Mostly because some are banned here and access is limited with no pictures using VPN. Or have no access at all. So I thought it just my thing.

Thanks for letting me know.
