Idea for House:
The idea of this residential house came from a building my "guild" lived in within the refines of the world of Sosaria in a game called "Ultima Online" and is the second installation to my set of UO type lots. please take note that textures (walls, floors, roof) could not be matched exactly as i am still learning how to create custom content, but the resemblence is as close as possible.
About the House:
This residential house was built upon a 3x3 lot (takes up the WHOLE lot!) with a 24x24 footprint, has 2 "livable" stories and an unaccessible yet nicely decorated roof (roof can be altered to be accessible of course). Contains 10 rooms plus 4 open walkways and comes with a price tag just under 75K (unlike the whopping 563K in UO =^.^= )
The lot comes completely unfurnished as many of the decorations i have in my game version i can not remember where i got them from but can suggest a medevil/elvin decor approach to the house itself.. or a more "evil" look works just as well (since thats what we had in uo). i would highly recommend "Midsummer nights dream" content!!

I hope you enjoy this lot as much as i enjoy it in both UO and TS2. I have included pictures for you to compare the two side by side and am completely open to any comments including constructive creative flaming where necessary!
