I built another house to share. It's a 4bedrm 3bath house with formal living and dining rooms, large game room and a den on the 2nd floor. The custom content includes three walls recolored by moi, thank you. Everything else should be Maxis only. The cost of the house is $131,474 partially furnished.

When I put my test couple in the house there were three distinct problems that were easily fixed by simple rearrangements. (1) I thought the mailbox would be cute right by the house but the taxi dropped them off right in front of it in the yard so maybe that wasn't such a good idea. Just use 'moveobjects on' to put it back where it belongs unless you don't mind tire tracks in your yard. (2) A sim got stuck in the upstairs den. If you plan to continue using this room as a den with the same furniture, just move the 'mediocre medieval loveseat' to face the opposite way against the wall. (3) I thought I'd get fancy and put the upstairs toilet in a diagonal position. Then I learned that sims can't use a toilet on diagonal. That's easy enough to fix. Other than that, the house works fine. I tried some new-to-me architectural techniques using 'boolprop constrainFloorElevation false' and I'm kind of proud of the way it turned out.
