Yes not a great name lol,but its a shop and a court..so there you go..


The lot is 5x5 community lot.

I made this after having a dream with the buildings around me,it took me all day,i filled it with custom content and stuff,i decided then i wanted to make it my first upload,i had tried to do one before using the cleaninstaller to get rid of CC but some was still left in and walls were blank and stuff,so i decided to remake it so it looked good with normal maxis stuff,that and i enjoyed making it.

It isnt fully furnished but it has the basic items to show what each place is.

Its has toys,coffee shop,flower shop,barbers,bakers,clothes,restuarant,food shop...Plus a small little court area...Plus another big area above the toy/coffee shop and a area above the bakers so you can have other shops...or if your sim wants to own it,space for building stuff.

I have also used a few items from Family fun stuff pack.

As i said this is my first lot so i hope it goes well...
