Hello again Simmers,
Some of you may recognize the house below from my feedback thread. I would like to thank Patul for his help with rectifying the 'strange' roofing issue and I would also like to thank all of the other people who gave their input and helped 'The Lawns' to be just that bit more appealing.

The Lawns
Lot size: 60 x 60
Price: $105,312
Description:
The Lawns is a beautiful house situated in large, landscaped grounds. It has gardens to three side and a single garage with gravel driveway and planted border.
Entry is gained via a porched area which reveals the large living/dining area. To the right off the entry way is a double staircase which leads to the first floor. The kitchen area is segregated by a half wall and there is also internal access to the garage.
The first floor boasts a large landing area which gives access to two bedrooms (one master and one smaller), both have en-suite facilities and there is also a spare room which could be used as a study, guest bedroom or family bathroom.
The exterior of the property boasts lush lawns and beautiful planting. The rear garden houses a gazebo or summer house and the lawn is edged by trees and shrubs. To the left of the house you will find a stream which can be crossed using the ornate bridge. Crossing this gives access to a secluded spot which would be a perfect place to spend those summer evenings.
