This is the second beach cottage you'll encounter once you turn onto Pelican Lane.



2 Pelican Lane is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath beach residence or vacation home that features:

A private beach with swimmable ocean.
A working basement garage.
A walk-out basement with bonus living space, just needs some sprucing up.
A master suite with balcony access and beautiful ocean views.
A huge great room with deck access and gorgeous ocean views.
A very large eat-in kitchen...almost a formal dining room but not quite.
