1 Pelican Lane

1 Pelican Lane is a simple beach cottage done in a style popular in the coastal regions of the American South.





The cottage is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 storey unfurnished home. It features an abundance of decks and porches from which to view your own private beach and swimmable ocean. No driveway or carport is included, although there is plenty of room to build these. The "tower" and widow's walk surrounding it is not accessable at the time of sale due to the insurance liability, although the purchaser has options if they are unconcerned about costs. It is suitable as either a primary residence or vacation home.

This is my first residential upload, so any comments, advice or criticisms are welcomed - just be gentle.
