You know how it is with experimental architecture. The intentions may be good, but it's not everyone who cares for the result. This house goes by the popular name "The bunker". It may be something out of the ordinary and eco friendly with grass on the roof, still the nickname is understandable ...



Since canal lots and a high number of EP requirements may not be everyone's cuppa I decided to make a stand alone version of a house that I created as part of a three house "apartments" canal lot.



This is a very minimalist house with strong features. At the moment it's all concrete inside because I've got at weakness for that, but it's your game and your go ...

Since this house calls for modern furniture and fixtures I've decided not to offer a furnished version because the base game and NL furniture, really doesn't do the house any justice. - Or maybe I'm just lacking in imagination So bring out your cc ...

The only exception to this are the concrete tables. While I like them as an architectonic feature they're also there to hide that the windows bleed through the floor.
