ABOUT THIS SET:
This is set 2 of 30 Simtopia Community Lots.

This set includes 4 Simtopia lots: 2 Simtopia Police Stations (1 medium lot and 1 small lot) and 2 Simtopia Fire Stations (1 medium lot and 1 small lot). There are 2 NO Custom Content Police Stations. The 2 decorated Police Stations are identical to the No CC versions with the exception of User Created police vehicles. All lots are mainly decorated using Maxis objects.

These are RESIDENTIAL LOTS for the best playability when trying to run a police and fire station.

SIMTOPIA POLICE DEPARTMENT #1 includes a Reception Room, a Morgue, an Identification Room, an Evidence Room, a Processing Room, a Visitation Room, a Gym, a Police Lounge with Showers, Public Toilets, a Jailhouse with 6 cells,a Forensics Lab, a Police Chief Office, an Interrogation Room and a Detective's Office. There are 2 to choose from: the "decorated" (DECOR) version has police vehicles / the "No Custom Content (NoCC) version is decorated using Maxis objects only (basically no police vehicles).

I have created a Simtopia Police Academy that will be uploaded when I get to the "University" lots phase of the project. Oh yeah... If anyone is interested in making that "ax throwing" Maxis object into a shooting range, I'm first in line for the creation. Otherwise, in Simtopia the officers will uphold the law with axes instead!

F.Y.I.:
*Both the decorated Police Stations and Fire Stations include decorative vehicles (by Mickyss and/or Petreak and driveable vehicles by Fresh-Prince.

*The fireman's pole by Sophie-David is not animated (at least not yet)...BUT I combined it with Targa's invisible 1 tile Ascension Stairs (which works much like an elevator) and with Frillen's invisible floor tile (which puts the hole in the floor). So, while the pole is not animated, it is indeed functional enough that your sims can use it to teleport downstairs (or upstairs).
