A Bed and Breakfast is based on the cozy alternative to hotels and motels in the U.S., You simply rent a room typically in a converted house. Using this idea and the way Apartments are setup under Late Night, your sim can rent a bedroom and connecting bathroom for a fraction of the price for a full apartment or house.

Public or Community areas include the livingroom, kitchen/dining room, 2 bathrooms, porch, balcony, and yard. There are also 2 NPC rooms across the hall on the second floor. Callbox and community mailbox are exterior near the entrance.

Your sim will have use of one bedroom with double bed and one bathroom with toilet, sink, and tub/shower.

Should you wish to convert this to a single family home, simply remove all the public and private markers as well as the callbox and community mailbox.
