Here is my latest upload: The Forest Lodge. A lodgy-looking house with fits perfect in the forest part of your Simsworld.

On the first floor is a huge livingroom with a platform, a diningarea and a kitchen.
You can go through the hall to get upstairs. On the second floor are three(!) bedrooms, so plenty of space for all your simmies.
There's also a bathroom.

Outside is a big garden to relax, barbeque or go swinging on the swing! There's also an attached garage.

- The house is built on a 25x20 lot
- The price furnished is 66.092
- The price unfurnished is 38.093
- This house requires WA, LN and AM.

I didn't use any CC, so you don't need to worry about that.
