Three-in-a-Brownstone Row

This is my latest upload, the Three-in-a-Brownstone Row!
It's a lovely building with three Brownstones. I got inspired by the big city's and since I love building citybuildings, I decided to make a Brownstone building.
We all know those Brownstones in NY with all the lovely classic features. And here's one for in your Sims game!



You can enter the house by using the marble staircase in front. When you enter the house, you can look right into the livingroom. It's colorful, it's modern and it's light. From the livingroom you can walk in to the diningarea and using the open door you can enter the kitchen.

On the second floor are two bedrooms. One for one sim and one for two sims. You could also make a big one-person room out of this one. There's also a bathroom.

On the third and highest floor are another three rooms. One is the master bedroom. This one is the biggest room, ofcourse. There's also a bathroom and a study. The study could easily be turned into another bedroom if you have a big family.

- The price furnished is 49.884
- The price unfurnished is 8.246

The first two CC are definitly recommended, because they are exterior features which are a part of the whole design! The other CC are furniture, and will be replaced with basics when you don't download them.
