Montague house can be described as a mixture of Victorian and modernity but in all it’s the classiness of the house that catches onlookers.

Montague house is built on a 30X40 lot and is a three level house (ground, first and second) with an attached garage ideal for a large family of 7 to 8 members

The features of the ground level includes the sitting area, the kitchen and Dining area and a room fully self-contained and of course the entrance area.

The first floor has got two rooms and a family sitting area with an attached bar area.

The second floor well has the master bedroom, the laundry room and the library/study area. The back outdoor balcony has the fitness area for great work out while appreciating nature.

Well how do I describe the outdoor? This still rattles me a bit but best description can best be defined as amazing and classy. The entrance to the lot is complimented by the front yard Gazebo right by the gate adorned with good flowers. The back side has the swimming pool and grill area in a symphony with the land scape. There is also a play swing for the little ones. You need to have it to understand what I mean.

I have tested this house with the maximum number of Sims and have play tested each room and objects that the Sims interact with and everything works well. This does not indicate that a sure certainty since different systems can have different effects and please in case in your play of the house you encounter any problem or something not working well with the house please do notify me and I will have an update for that.
