Built in the early 1900s, 'Whipple Cottage' is a charming Adobe style home that still retains the majority of its original features and fixtures, as well as its abundance of southwestern charm.



On the ground floor you will find a large living and dinning area leading off to a good-sized kitchen-dinner. On this floor you'll also find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.



Upstairs you'll find the mezzanine which is currently laid out as another bedroom and living area with an office nook. You'll also find a third bathroom and a roof terrace for you to make the most of those gorgeous desert views.



Lot Info:
Whipple Cottage, named after its first inhabitant, was built on a 20 by 20 lot costing 84,706 Simoleons furnished and 46, 221 Simoleons unfurnished.
It was built in the Sims 3 Creators' Consortium world the Wild Wild West. I cannot recommend that world enough. It's so gorgeous.
Note:
The fireplaces have both been upgraded to be fireproof, so you can leave them burning all-day-long without any worries.
