Level 1: Bailiff Bailiffs are officers executing writs, making arrests and keeping order in the court. Attorney
Track: Attorneys advise and represent their clients, often specializing into a particular legal subject. (9 levels)
Level 1: Court clerk Court clerks assist other officers of the court, by maintaining court records, authenticating copies of the court's orders and judgments with the court's seal and administering oaths to witnesses and jurors. Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri Hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (8 hours) Salary: 62 Level 2: Court Reporter Court reporters are stenographers who transcribe verbatim records of legal proceedings to produce an accurate transcript. Track: Sit on the bench, conduct trials in a variety of courts and aim to be the Chief Justice (9 levels)
Level 1: Justice of the Peace Justices of the Peace are judges of a court of limited juridiction which hears misdemeanor cases, traffic violations, small debts or other small claims court proceedings. Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri Hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (8 hours) Salary: 50 Level 2: State Judge State Judges sit in state courts where they apply state law. They may also apply federal law where applicable. Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri Hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (8 hours) Salary: 100 Level 3: Probate Court Judge Probate Courts administer proper distribution of the assets of a decedent, adjudicates the validity of wills and enforces the provisions of a valid will. Level 1: Assistant District Attorney Assistant District Attorney represent the state government on behalf of the District Attorney, investigating and prosecuting individuals alleged to have commited a crime. Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri Hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (8 hours) Salary: 75 Level 2: Chief Assistant District Attorney Second in-command, the Chief Assistant District Attorney report directly to the District Attorney and may oversee some of the larger crimes within the juridiction.
