1 x spare room (unfurnished)
Basic appliances included: lights, toilet (2x), bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a toaster oven, a TV and an easel; there's enough room for a driveway and/or garage.
Expandability: Rooms can be added both to the left and right (there are no windows in those walls).
Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
