Yo, BirmanKat (AKA mal1958) here,

I just finished the third installment in my Futureo Drive Series. It is a Dorm
Complex. I refer to it as a complex

because all the amenities are here. 6 Dorm Rooms, each has their own bathroom. They come complete with Beds, Desks,

dressers, and the best computer that is available in them. It has a dining area, Recreation area (including an outdoor lit

Bowling Alley) an area where you can build your Skills. The second floor has the Rooms and an area where your sims can work

off those unwanted pounds and stay trim. There is a dance area outside. The whole thing is on a 5 x 3 lot.

I have run this through Clean Installer, and it is clear. No hacks were used. and only the zoning dorm cheat was used.

Custom Content that is included in the package are the walls and floors
Walls and floors are by KalicoKat, and the wonderful people at Meshkiste.
Mosaikfliese - Steffi's Bad in blau walls and the Bad in pink walls used for the Bathrooms can be gotten at Meshkiste on page 5 (I think).

Dorm down 5 times before settling on this one design. I made sure that I incorporated the CounterCulture set in it, because

it solves so many problems that home designers for this game have faced when working with kitchens.
