In the 1520's, the Nuit family had a great home built for their enjoyment. Many centuries have passed, and the house has undergone many renovations, but one thing has stayed the same -- it has always stayed in the hands of the Nuit family.
But over the years, many mysterious deaths have been connected to the house, all by fire. In the 1810's, Jocelyn Nuit died when a lamp tipped over onto her. Two years later, her son passed when the barn caught fire. Edward Nuit died in 1893 of an upturned pipe. And so on and so forth. Rumors spread that perhaps the house was ... cursed.
Now, Maggie Nuit, the last of the Nuit family, has just perished -- by a fire caused by a cheap toaster -- and now the grand Tudor home has been put up for sale. Will the curse deter you from owning it?

Some of you will recognize this as a re-do of my "Sim Mansion". It's undergone a pretty minor indoor change, and a major outdoor rehaul. Most of the indoor stuff was just to update it to the "Open for Business" EP. A small (decorative) balcony has been added in the front on the second floor, and the stairway has been changed to utilize the 'split' foundation feature. (No more funky walls! ^_^ )
Outside, the landscaping has been changed to be much more attractive, with hills in the front and a small pond off to the side. Japanese maples have been 'imported' to add color, and a graveyard with seven real ghosts have been added. FYI, all the people mentioned in the intro are in the graveyard.
