This house was an effort to bring one of my 3D creations in the sims 2 world. I originally painted this house, 4 or 5 years ago, on a narrow street next to many smaller houses clammed together. Somehow this house, even though it was as small as the others on that painting had something specific, an irregular structure which made me model it in 3D. Now here it is for all you sim lovers.

Basically it's consisted of an older and a newer house connected thru their edges on the ground floor and the first floor, which is as far as the older house goes. The newer house expands another floor and an attic where you can store stuff your sims don't regullary use but like to have arround and have no other place or space for it.

The older house holds the side entrance thru which you can enter the press area and the dining room. One story above are the guest rooms or the rooms for your kids, whatever suits your needs.

The newer one holds a foayer and a dining room + kitchen on the ground floor. The first floor is reserved for the living room and the second for the master bedroom.

The "trademark" of the lot is the small tower that is attached to the front edge of the newer house. It has a lab on the ground floor, a TV room on the first floor and an atellier on the second floor accessible thru the master bedroom. In my painting i painted a prominent eagle on the top of the tower, hence the name of the tower itself and the lot as a whole.

Take a look at the screenshots, they'll give you a clear picture of the layout. Please excuse the floor designations on them, i mistakenly marked the ground floor as the first floor, the first as the second etc...

I tried to keep the furniture content "as Maxis as possible" even though i love the custom creations all those modders out there make. There are six custom contents on this lot, five of which are included in the lot package and one that you'll have to download right here from MTS2.

Quote:
The custom contents included in this package are as they follow:

* Outdoor Lantern by Numenor @ http://www.modthesims2.com/showthre...astpost&t=55958

* Divine Lime Tree by Grapholina @ http://www.grapholina.com/index.php...=article&sid=19

What you will have to download is RGiles' Scarborough Kitchen Collection made by RGiles, the original recolors included in his package will do, although there are many recols available.
You can find that collection @ http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=55554

I hope you enjoy playing this lot and don't restrain yourselves from criticism or comments
