Antex Legal Counseling

Intro:

This is a small counseling office for your law career sims. If you have a sim who’s a lawyer or a judge or whatever, you can run it as a business or as a non-owned commercial lot, although i imagined and constructed it for the first. I’ve had it for quite some time now and when Seasons came out, along with the law career, i was inspired to turn it from a simple coffee shop in to a small counseling office. So I raised another floor and built another house behind the first one to accommodate the rooms a deemed necessary for a small town office such as this. I hope you’ll like it.

Layout:

Basically it’s made up of two small structures. The front one houses the sales section. You can sell books (just imagine they’re about legal affairs, various cases, mistrials, law etiquette etc.) on the ground floor and run a library on the second floor with a digital archive and internet access on the first.


The rear structure houses your owner’s office and a small conference room on the first floor both accessible only via elevators which you can lock up when you’re resting so that customers don’t come snooping there to complain or just bother you.


On the ground floor there’s a projection room where you can “offer legal counseling” to your customers. There are two podiums thru which your sim can address the audience. One is the political and the other is the law career reward object. They both act the same and have the same effect on the sims who are listening to the user of the objects. Only the owner or sims from his household can use them.

Loading Time: 32 seconds
Saving Time: 9 seconds

Average Frames per Second:

• 70-80 frames on Ground Floor /Medium Zoom In, 1024x768, Maximum Graphic Settings/
• 80-85 frames on First Floor /Medium Zoom-In, 1024x768, Maximum Graphic Settings/

Test run on a Conroe E6600 (Core 2 Duo Intel CPU), 2GB RAM and ATI Radeon X1950 Pro Graphics Card.


Custom Content NOT included:

These are a few custom contents from 4ESF and the reflective floors from Murano Mobilia. Their policy prohibits creators to upload their CCs in any of their lots, credits or no credits. So you’ll have to download them your self. If you don’t, the game will replace them with other objects, the furnishings won’t be like the ones in the pictures and some might end up looking really weird. Here are the links to the sites:

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
