Matte recolors of Numenor's recolorable modular wooden stair

I use these stairs more than any other when I build and I wanted a matte set so I made some. Two sets in fact. One solid and one alternating in white as you can see in the black and white screenshot.

Also included is matching checked lino because for some reason Maxis didn't do plain black checks. At least I couldn't find them for my screenshots so I had to make some and thought I'd share them too.

Next will be some carpeted modular stairs... if I can get it to work. As well as some other textures. I'm having soo much fun!
