Scottish Kilts - Daywear

Being Scottish, and having an excruciating interest in historical clothing, I have created three clan kilts. Included in this upload are recolors of the Maxis kilt, as well as recolors of Bloom's kilt for children (find the mesh below).


These were meant primarily for everyday use, so I removed the flashes (the ugly tartan ribbon thingies on the hose).



I also designed these for use in my Outlander neighborhood (if any of you know these books and would like my accurate Sims from them, let me know! You can see Jamie Fraser and Roger Mac in the adult pictures - the blonde one in the Campbell tartan is a grown-up Germain)

Pretty straight-forward.. leave me a note if you like them. I realize there are other variations of these tartans on MTS2, but these are casual outfits, not dress. Each item functions as Outerwear, Everyday, and Formal.

If these are well received, I'd be interested in creating different tartans, so keep me informed ^^

For your historical neighborhoods, keep in mind that children didn't traditionally wear kilts in Scotland, but they became vogue for English children in the late 1700s.
