This is the second base game starter lot in my European series.
It's a bit more expensive than the first one, but is also under 20k.
It features downstairs:
1 Kitchen
1 Dining Room
1 Living Room
1 Study Space with Chess Board and Bookshelf
1 Toilet
upstairs:
1 little bedroom with a single bed
1 Bathroom with bath tube and a toilet
It's perfect for enlargement and to add on rooms, when your sims have earned a bit more money or you can start a home business.
You will only need the base game - you can use the lot with every EP!
