Description:
Small country starter with garden, furnished for 1-2 sims with one spare room. Doesn't require any EPs but is built with Seasons and Nightlife in mind: the roof is weatherproof, the garden is ready to be planted, and there's enough space for driveways in front of the house. This is almost a Bay Tree Drive lot, except that it doesn't have the alley trees and driveways in front.
