Bachelor Pad #001 - No CC

This small but perfectly formed 1x1 lot is perfect for all single sims looking to expand their horizons as they move their way up the career ladder. It's decked out with Maxis-only content, and at under 40,000 simoleons makes a perfect second home for the sim who wants it all.

Designed with playability and ease of use in mind, Bachelor Pad #001 comes fully furnished for your pleasure and ease of use. A simple two-storey building, the house has a warm, welcoming feel despite its exposed brickwork, modern fixtures and large windows.

The ground floor has a spacious living area complete with fitted kitchen that's perfect for entertaining guests without things getting too cramped, whilst the roof terrace is the perfect area to move to for larger events, such as parties.

The second floor holds the comfortable bedroom, complete with a large en-suite bathroom and a small terraced area complete with telescope. A small closet stands out in the stairwell that provides access to the rooftop terrace, a space which provides both a social area and room for expansion of the original property if the family grows.

Now for the boring stuff - the house is a tad pricey for such a small lot at 39,278 simoleons, but does contain multiple skill items, plus space to expand upwards. Designed for playability as well as aesthetics, I managed to run this lot on a computer with only 256mb of RAM with no lag whatsoever - how I managed to get the game to load full-stop is still a mystery to me

Lot Size: 1x1
Lot Price: 39,278

Additional Credits:
Huge thanks to Numenor for his AnyGameStarter, which enabled me to cut this lot down to needing only NL and AL.

Thanks to Aelflaed for their Sunnyside mini lots, and Andi8104 and MaryLou for the original mini lots, without which this project wouldn't have been possible.

Also, I'd like to extend huge thankyou to all who frequent #social and #create, especially Mange_Moon, Elpemmy, Escand, Fanseelamb and everyone else who gave me their opinions on this house =]
