Hello!

This is my first download!
OK, so this is my two story house I created because I really like those houses that have two levels (not two stories). The living room and garage are not on a foundation but the other downstairs rooms (kitchen, dining room, etc.) are! It took me hours to get the walls right, so I hope you like it! If you have any problems, please let me know!

For those of you who would like to try your hand at this kind of project, here is basically how I started...

If you just want a house w/o a garage attached:
1. Create your first floor, with various rooms. Mmake sure that you leave a x2 strip (like in the tutorial I used for my house-link is above) around the living room, or whatever room you would like to stay on the ground.
2. Do the exact same thing on the second story so all the walls match the first floor.
3. enter cheat (ctrl+shift+c): boolprop constrainflooreleveation false
4. Page down and fill the rooms you want lifted with foundation
5. Page up and you'll notice the 2nd story is uneven, so use the terrain level tool and level the 2nd story from the lowest point on the second floor to the highest-make sure you level it all!
6. Turn the cheat off by typing it in again, except use true instead of false at the end
7. Now use the small stairs to create a way up from the sunken room - you'll have to play with the walls and foundation (as I learned) since the stairs won't let you place them through the wall.

There's the basic structure, but go ahead and play with the possibilities! There you go! It's basically the same process with a garage, except you need to place the driveway and extension down first, then put walls around the extension, and then just treat the garage as a sunken room. same process. I hope this helps for those of you who want to do this! let me know if there's anything else I should clarify! Good luck!
