Welcome to Arcadia! This town has it all - railway station, highway, bus and ferry terminals, marina, baseball field, as well as farmlands, hills, and a beach.

In order to get this neighbourhood to show up correctly, you will need to install the following sets by Criquette:

Bus Transit Set
Simple Walkways Set
Ultimate Railway Set
Decorative Road Pieces Set
Basic Motorway Set
Ferry Mini Set
Marina Piers & Boats Set
Athletic Fields Set

You will also need a camera mod in order to be able to see the whole town.

There are no lots or CC items included in the download.

To install, put the folder named "N137" into your My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Neighborhoods folder. Make sure you have all the required CC installed, then start up the game. Arcadia will appear in the menu with your other neighbourhoods. Once you've clicked on it to play, sub-hoods will be added, depending on what EPs you have installed. You're then good to go!

I'm not sure what, if any, expansion packs are required. I have them all, so it's possible that some of the Maxis objects (trees, rocks, etc) won't show up if you don't have the necessary EP. Apologies in advance if that happens...

IMPORTANT: It seems that AL and M&G are definitely needed, otherwise this 'hood won't show up. Thanks to dallasindc for this information.

Hopefully some of you will enjoy using this neighbourhood.

UPDATE: I have uploaded the SC4 terrain file for those of you who are having trouble getting this to work. Install this, along with the included PNGs, into your My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains folder. Please note that if you use just the SC4 file, you will have to decorate the neighbourhood yourself.

UPDATE #2: Some time ago, I was made aware that the original file was corrupted, but I was unable to fix it as I had uninstalled TS2 by then. However, nanashi (aka milk tea) was kind enough to send me a fixed version recently, so I have uploaded it here. Hopefully it works ok now!

Criquette, for making all these awesome neighbourhood decorations.
Zaxis, whose own wonderful 'hoods inspired me to try creating one myself.
