This is the non-starter version of 7 Stone and Stucco Blvd. It is the absolute last home in the Stone and Stucco Blvd series. Here is some info on the next series.

For anyone who cares, my next series which will begin ASAP, will be called Seabreeze Lane. There will be 7 homes and 2 community lots in it and it will be built to go along Sunnyside Blvd. My home "The Statement" was the first in the series, which at the time I uploaded it, didn't exist. So there.lol. Lets begin.

The Tour

This is the non-starter version of it, but if you look closely, you can see some remnants of the original form of the building.

So, the new one has 2 bedrooms, a study, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and a dining room.
