Introduction
"SeaBreeze" is the first home in a new series called M. Jackson Drive. M. Jackson Drive will run along Sunnyside Blvd and will have 7 Residential lots and 2 community lots. 4 of the homes will be beach homes, and the other 3 will be suburban homes. So, I hope that you are looking forward to what I have in store next. Also, in this series, I will be doing at least 1 request. The first one was sent to me by AnimalMad.
The Tour
So, "SeaBreeze" is quite large, but in a homey kind of way. Outside it has a huge lake which covers most of the land. I have utilised the use of patios and varandahs in this home to make sure that you get maximum view of both the lake and of the full 360 degree view of the ocean and the land. So I hope that I have done what I set out to do with this house.
The house is on a foundation but you cannot see it like normal. I did this to try and fool the user into thinking that the house is floating.
So, outside the house is a lake, 2 carspaces and a pool. There is a path that goes around the home. On the Ground level is an expansive varandah that wraps around the entire home. The ground level basically provides shelter for the stairs that lead up into the main level. But, the ground level is not only home to the stairs for the main level, it is home to the master suite. The master suite has a grand entrance, and a private seperate varandah overlooking the lake. It is very romantic at night as the lake is lit by specially placed lights. So, enjoy that.
The main level has 2 bedrooms, a massive living area, a study nook, a bathroom, a dining room which overlooks about 180 degrees of scenery. It is a beautiful view to look into in the morning when you wake up. It also has a kitchen with survery. So, enjoy this little piece of paradise as It tooke me ages to make.
