This small, run-down and somewhat brutal warehouse is perfect for your freaky Sims. Party animals, musicians, artists who are a bit on the eccentric side or just the insane will feel very comfortable here.
The small warehouse is abandoned but once stood gloriously in the midst of whatever industrial section you want it to have been. (I'm looking forward to a neighbourhood editor so I can place this one properly.)
Once there was an office on the second floor but it was torn down and renovated to serve as a cheap apartment. However, current Sim-law now prohibits the existence of apartments and therefore, the entire lot has to be bought. So it's not really cheap anymore. (It would have worked really well in TS2:AL.) All access from the main warehouse floor was destroyed (lack of elevators in TS3) so the apartment can only be accessed through the outdoors:
The entire complex could be formed into a nice and cozy family home, if the Sim-owner is wealthy enough, as the former storage-section provides plenty of space. For your freaky party animals, however, it can be decorated to serve as the perfect scene for some wild parties or for band practice. (If only there were more instruments...)
The apartment is crowded, messy and really colourful:
The large balcony area can also be used as the perfect place for some wild summer night parties: (If only there was alcohol...)
At first I had different concept in mind that seemed more realistic and the warehouse was also much larger. The warehouse was also still operational and the upstairs offices were simply refurnished for living. That would have worked out in TS2:AL, but does hardly in TS3, yet. Also, I really missed many objects from TS2+Expansions.
But no matter. I hope you enjoy it and please give me feedback!
Lot Size: 2x3
Lot Price: 42k furn, 28k unfurn

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
