At first I designed this building to be a recreation centre, but because of a showcase box, over wich I put a statue, the lot is shown as an art gallery on the map. It can funcion as that too, because the building itself is a piece of art and there are some statues inside. I designed everything in black & white again but I just love the combination.

The first floor has a pool, showers and some gym electronics. The second floor has a television with sofas, dining space with, a jaga and a toilet.

The third floor has a computer room and a terrace.
