Covered porch entrance and front bay window, open plan kitchen/dining/living room. Master bedroom has an en suite bath. One of the two smaller bedrooms is furnished as a nursery, the other as a single.
I didn't include a driveway on the lot, but there is plenty of room for one or more cars along the right side of the house.
I named this house 'Violet Mist' after one of my favorite Sims 2 siding wallpapers, and made the siding of this house a similar shade of pale violet. Interiors are decorated with a violet color motif, with black and white kitchen and bathrooms.
House is furnished simply to stay within a starter budget.
Furnished price is 19,451.
